Zig is a service-connected, disabled veteran. He sustained his disability while in active military service. Zig has over 20 years of military experience and three years of experience in the NEMT field. He worked directly with transportation providers, doing field visits, provider audits, vehicle inspections, and safety checks, as well as riding along during transports in the NEMT field.
